Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
All fabric is cut when ordered and is final sales, no exceptions. If you receive the fabric with any issues, kindly contact us at syd@sydtextiles.com for replacement.

Unfortunately, once fabric has been cut and shipped, we cannot accept returns.

Exchanges 
No exchanges, no exceptions.
